The project was to re-design a 5 dollar bill for Holland. Since Holland hasn’t ever had their own currency, I thought it would be a good idea to add a bunch of features to the bill to commemorate what Holland stands for. The color pallet of red, white, and blue to symbolize the flag and everything it stands for, 12 tulips to stand for the country’s national flower and its 12 provinces, their national bird, three famous windmills, and featured on the front of the bill is Vincent Van Gogh and a painting he did called “Amsterdam.”
